Cubeot Europe Privacy Notice

This notice applies to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy.

• Contract: to provide the Service, maintain accounts, authenticate users, sync content and provide support.

8. Relationship with the main Privacy Policy

This Notice supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy. If this Notice and the main Privacy Policy address the same matter differently, this Notice applies to users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland to the extent required by applicable law.

Verification and timing. We may verify your identity and request scope before acting on a rights request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, unless an extension is permitted and communicated to you.
