Cubeot Regional Data Compliance Notice

Version
V1.0
Effective date
20 September 2026
Plain page

This notice is intended for Cubeot users. It summarises key data-compliance practices for Cubeot outside Mainland China and supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy.

1. Responsible organisation

The service is operated by Linkhead Future Technology Co., Ltd. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@cubeot.com. Data protection matters may be sent to dpo@cubeot.com.

2. Applicable regional rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. We provide request channels through the Service where available and through our privacy contact.

3. Data categories and purposes

We process account, login, device, security, content, support, communication, diagnostics and consent records for the purposes described in the Cubeot Privacy Policy. We do not require optional information as a condition of using unrelated basic service functions.

4. Europe and the United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we identify the relevant purposes and legal bases in the Cubeot Privacy Policy. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual commitments, transfer assessments and technical protections.

5. United States

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California privacy law. If our practices change, we will update our disclosures and provide required choices.

6. Supported Arab-region countries

For users in supported Arab-region countries, we provide privacy and service terms in Arabic and English. You may contact us to exercise rights available under applicable local data-protection laws, including access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply.

7. Account deletion and support

You may request account deletion through the in-service account controls where available or by contacting support. After account deletion, we delete or anonymise personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary for security, audit or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Service providers and cross-border processing

Service providers may process limited information for hosting, messaging, security verification, support, diagnostics and reliability, as described in the Cubeot Third-Party Information Sharing List. Where information is processed across borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law, such as contractual commitments, access controls, encryption in transit and transfer assessments where required.

Consistency of public notices. Our privacy policy, terms, third-party sharing list, support channels, account-deletion channel and permission descriptions are intended to describe the Service as offered to you.

Relationship with other notices. This Notice supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Third-Party Information Sharing List and regional privacy supplements. It does not reduce rights available to you under applicable privacy or consumer laws.

Documentation consistency. We aim to keep public notices, in-service settings, permission prompts, account deletion channels and support channels aligned with actual service behaviour. If a discrepancy is identified, notices should be corrected before release or submission.

Updates. We may update this Notice to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or service changes. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.
