This notice supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy for users in U.S. states with consumer privacy laws.
We may process identifiers, account information, device and network information, approximate location derived from network signals, content you provide, support communications and security logs, as described in the Cubeot Privacy Policy.
We use personal information to provide the Service, authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, communicate with you, provide support, maintain reliability, comply with law and protect rights.
We collect information from you, from your use of the Service, from your device where needed for the Service, and from service providers that return processing results such as message delivery or security verification status. This Notice supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy for users covered by U.S. state privacy laws. It does not limit any rights or disclosures required by those laws.
Retention. We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our notices, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, audit or dispute purposes.
Changes. If our sale, sharing, targeted advertising or sensitive information practices change, we will update this Notice and provide controls required by applicable law before applying the changed practice.
