Cubeot Third-Party Information Sharing List

This list supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy. It explains the service providers that may process limited personal information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their independent marketing.

1. SMS verification and service notices

• Provider: Infobip.
• Purpose: send SMS verification codes and necessary service notices.
• Information processed: destination phone number, message template parameters, sending time, delivery result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: server-side service call under our instructions.

2. Email verification and service notices

• Provider: Infobip.
• Purpose: send email verification codes and necessary service notices.
• Information processed: destination email address, message template parameters, sending time, delivery result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: server-side service call under our instructions.

3. Optional messaging verification

• Provider: Infobip and WhatsApp Business messaging infrastructure.
• Purpose: deliver verification codes through a supported messaging channel when you choose or enable that method.
• Information processed: destination phone number, authentication template parameters, sending time, delivery result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: used only where the channel is available and selected or enabled.

4. Human verification

• Provider: Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Purpose: detect and prevent automated registration, sign-in, credential abuse, malicious requests and sensitive-operation abuse.
• Information processed: IP address, verification token, action name, basic device and browser signals, verification result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: verification component may load during human-verification flows, and the server verifies the result.

5. Infrastructure, security and operations

• Providers: cloud computing, database, storage, backup, logging, monitoring and security service providers.
• Purpose: provide hosting, storage, backup, audit logs, troubleshooting, monitoring and security protection.
• Information processed: account, security, diagnostics, service and audit information necessary for the service purpose.
• Processing method: handled under contract and security requirements, and not used beyond the agreed purpose.

6. Updates

If the providers, purposes or categories of information change, we will update this list and obtain consent where required by law.

7. Service provider obligations

We require service providers to process information only for agreed purposes, apply appropriate safeguards, restrict personnel access, assist with security and rights requests where applicable, and delete, return or anonymise information when the service relationship ends unless retention is required by law.

8. Cross-border providers

If a service provider processes information outside your country or region, we use safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law, such as contractual commitments, access controls, encryption in transit and transfer assessments where required.

Updates and choices. If service categories, providers, purposes or information categories change, we will update this list. You may choose not to use features that depend on optional third-party services, although related features may be unavailable.
