This notice explains how Cubeot handles personal information of children and teens. It supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy.
Cubeot is intended for users who are old enough to use online services under the laws of their country or region. If you are below the required age, you may use Cubeot only with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
When a child or teen uses Cubeot, we may process account, login, device, safety, content, support and communication information as described in the Cubeot Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is necessary to provide and protect the Service.
We use children’s and teens’ information to create and secure accounts, provide the Service, store content they choose to create or save, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and comply with law.
A parent or guardian may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or account deletion for a child where applicable law provides those rights. We may request information needed to verify the request.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect children’s information. We do not sell children’s personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We disclose children’s information only to service providers that help us provide and secure the Service, where required by law, where needed to protect safety or rights, or with appropriate consent.
We retain children’s and teens’ personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in our notices, unless a longer period is required by law, security, audit or dispute needs.
Parents and guardians may contact privacy@cubeot.com for privacy requests and support@cubeot.com for support.
This Notice supplements the Cubeot Privacy Policy and regional privacy supplements. If a country or region provides stronger protection for children or teens, we will follow the applicable local requirement.
Verification. When a parent or guardian submits a request, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, guardianship, account relationship and request authenticity. We use verification information only for handling the request and protecting the child or teen.
Updates. If this Notice materially changes, we will provide notice in an appropriate way and obtain parental or guardian consent again where required by law.
